With the recent tumultuous oscillations in the stock market exchanges of the world ravaging the portfolios of average investors yet again, and realizing that there has been no stability whatsoever in nearly two years, investors are rightly heading for the hills. The fact of the matter is that the safe havens are drying up and hemorrhaging value with each and every trading session, while the analysts continue to insist that a "Recovery Summer" is waiting, just around the corner. The sad fact is, though, that there is no latent recovery waiting in the wings, and that the current economic malaise is likely to be a chronic condition for the foreseeable future.
