Scottsdale Real Estate Prices Continue To Fall
Scottsdale real estate prices continue to slide. According to CromfordReport.com, the average annual appreciation dipped again this week in Scottsdale to -27.3%, making it the sixth highest week for price decline in the Scottsdale real estate market since the beginning of 2009. By comparison, for one week in September 2005, appreciation levels in Scottsdale AZ were at 50%, the highest appreciation values on record for the area. While the lowest appreciation levels were for a week in March of 2009 at -29%. Scottsdale real estate is on sale, but we shouldn't expect this trend to continue as the inventory in the Scottsdale and surrounding areas continues to dry up.
