Golf Courses: The Phoenician Golf Club

Located on the south slope of famous Camelback Mountain, this 27-hole property is comprised of three distinctive and memorable nine-hole layouts, each named after the surrounding flora and landscape. Pristine desert views, lush tropical scenery, and beautifully challenging water features add enjoyment to this Ted Robinson layout. The Phoenician is a bit shorter than most of the premier area courses and is very popular among casual golfers.

• Junior Rates: Yes, 16 years old and under, 50% of current rack rate with a paying adult, must be 16 and have a valid drivers license to drive cart. Juniors may NOT play without being accompanied by an adult.

• Practice Facility: Yes, open 7:15am to 5:00pm daily, not open to the public, players of the day receive unlimited range balls prior to play.

• Club Rental: Yes, Callaway x 20 irons, Cost from $45.00 to $65.00 plus Tax per set depending on date and time, available for Men, Women and Lefties
• Lessons: Yes, private lessons by Director of Instruction, Michael Lamanna $125/Hour, or by all other PGA Instructors $100.00/Hour. Please contact the pro shop for more details or to book a lesson.
• Locker Room/Shower Facilities: Yes, locker room facilities as well as showers are available for both Men and Women.
• Dress Code: Yes, appropriate golf attire is required. Men must wear collars and sleeves at all times. Slacks or golfing shorts must be worn. Women must wear appropriate skirts, slacks, golf shorts and blouses. Juniors must wear shirts with collars and sleeves at all times. Pants or golfing shorts must be worn. Any tank tops, halter-tops, denim, t-shirts, cut-offs, sweat pants, bathing suits or other athletic shorts are prohibited.
• Spike Policy: Yes, soft spikes only.
• Shoe Rental: Yes, Nike $20.00 plus Tax.
• Restaurant: Yes, 19th Hole Grill open 6:30am to 5:00pm Thursday through Monday, 6:30am to 6:00pm Tuesday and Wednesday. Window on the Green Restaurant open 5:00pm until closing, closed Tuesday and Wednesday, located just above the 19th Hole grill and the golf shop. The Phoenician also has 6 full service restaurants on property.

Directions from Phoneix Sky Harbor international airport (20 minutes):
The Phoenician is located at the base of Camelback Mountain. To reach The Phoenician take Sky Harbor Blvd East to 44th Street and turn left (North). Travel on 44th Street to Camelback Road and turn right (East). Continue East on Camelback Road passing 56th Street until you reach Jokake Boulevard. Turn left into The Phoenician

Directions from downtown Pheonix (15 minutes):
Travel North on 7th Avenue or North on Central or North on 7th Street to Camelback Road. Turn right (East) onto Camelback Road. Continue East on Camelback Road passing 56th Street until you reach Jokake Boulevard. Turn left into the Phoenician

Directions from the south:
Highway 101 North to Chaparrel Exit. Exit and turn left (West) onto Chaparrel. Travel on Chaparrel going West until it dead ends at Invergordon. Turn left (South) on Ivergordon and continue into The Phoenician.

Directions from the northwest:
Highway I-17 South to Camelback Road. Exit and turn left (East) onto Camelback. Continue East on Camelback Road passing 56th Street until you reach Jokake Boulevard. Turn left into The Phoenician

Directions from the southwest:
Highway I-10 to 202 East and exit at 44th Street. Turn left (North) on 44th Street. Travel on 44th Street to Camelback Road and turn right (East) onto Camelback Road. Continue East on Camelback Road passing 56th Street until you reach Jokake Boulevard. Turn left into The Phoenician.
