New Fangled Fall Cocktails Are Something to Cheer about at The Ostrich

Brandon Casey and his team at The Ostrich in Chandler have really knocked it out of the park with their fall cocktails! The newly introduced cocktails include The Butcher, The Baker and The Candlestick Maker and pay homage to the witty trio who sailed out to see in a tub. That tongue-in-cheek whimsy of the beloved nursery rhyme certainly carries over into the mixology mastery at The Ostrich.

Craft cocktails done with expert flavor profiles are a specialty at The Ostrich and these new fall drinks utilize creative ingredients such as yellow chartreuse, dessert blossom honey syrup, figgy pudding bitters and dehydrated mulling spices. The new fall cocktails were just rolled out August 30 and can now be enjoyed at The Ostrich, a speakeasy-style cocktail and small plates bar tucked under Crust Chandler. Trust me when I say you might feel a wee bit naughty imbibing at such a fun underground space!

“Drawing inspiration from classic cocktails and breathing autumn life into them; these redesigned classics pay homage to their roots while embracing new and local ingredients. The new cocktail menu features spirits from all over the world paired with local ingredients to help both reach their ultimate potential. We’ve married sweet, smoke, spice and citric to create a collection of drinks that are perfect for fall,” says Brandon Casey, Beverage Director and Mixologist at The Ostrich. Shake a tail feather and get over to The Ostrich to discover a fun new hotspot that you will simply adore!
